He is a part of the NSW Executive Management Committee for the Australia India Business Council (AIBC) and also the AIBC National Chair for Start-ups and Innovation.
He is the director of several businesses, including InQ Innovation Global, an Open Innovation Global Ecosystem Headquartered at the Sydney StartupHub based in Australia and with a strong footprint in India (Kochi, Bangalore, Mumbai) and the Middle-East in UAE (Dubai).
Irfan has held leadership roles across corporate and large enterprises in Australia and his experience spans across Financial Services, Healthcare, Hospitality, Education Services, Defense, SpaceTech, AgriTech/Clean Energy and Digital Media.
Irfan lived in India and in the US before moving to Australia in 2001. He has since supported and mentored more than 100 plus startups globally with several startup investments and fundraise outcomes, worked on initiatives along with Austrade and exchange programs including international delegations coming to Australia from India.
Irfan was nominated for the 2018 India Australia Business and Community Awards (IABCA) and he supports bright talents from India through the Aspire India Scholarship program and the Sydney Malayalee Youth Forum.
Irfan has been also appointed as the Global Vice President of the World Malayalee Council (WMC) for the Far-East and the Australian region for the period 2021-2023, representing a vibrant Diaspora community globally and strong migrant community in Australia.

Rinku Razdan is the Founder and CEO of Connections, Australia’s leading multilingual migrant onboarding mobile app, connecting migrants to communities, jobs, training, and social events using data and API (application programming interface).
Herself a proud migrant from India, Rinku came to Australia and re-started her life with nothing but a few dollars in her hand and a small child in tow. Without any family or support, she persevered through the challenges of settling in a new country and being a single mother.
